1. Melt chocolate: Heat both chocolate bags in hot water. Water should be around 50 degrees, do not use freshly boiled water.

2. Cut the plastic tray into pieces with sciccors.

3. Cut one bag and put the chocolate into the mold. Once it's in the mold spread it out.

4. Put all the chocolate form the other bag into the tray marked with a music icon. Add water up to the bottom line of the triangular cup and pour one full cup onto the tray. Mix well with the spoon.

5. Cool the trays with chocolate in the refrigerator.

6. Make strawberry jelly: Place two triangular cups of water in the tray marked with the star. Add the strawberry jelly mix powder and mix until smooth. Place the mixture into the fruit and mousse shaped tray.

7. Make strawberry mousse: Place two triangular cups of water in the tray marked with the clover. Add the pink mix powder and mix until smooth. Pour all of the mixture into the mousse tray.

8. Make chocolate mousse: Place two triangular cups of water in the tray marked with the clover. Add the brown mix powder and mix until smooth. Pour all of the mixture into the round tray.

9. Get the chocolate out of the refrigerator. Turn the tray over and remove the chocolate out of the molds. Leave the round tray with chocolate whole.

10. Make orange jelly: Place two triangular cups of water in the tray marked with the star. Add the orange mix powder and mix until smooth. When it's firm spoon the jelly into the fruit shaped orange tray, chocolate heart and the rest of the mixture in the round mousse tray.

11. Make caramel cream: Place one triangular cup of water in the tray marked with the star. Add the light brown mix powder and mix until smooth. Place the mixture when it's firm onto the round chocolate shape.

12. Use the handle of the spoon to create a gap and get the mousse out. Place it on the sheet.

13. Take the round shape with chocolate and add some powder on top with the blue packet.

14. Remove the jellies out of the fruit shaped tray and use it as decoration for the other pieces you've made. Enjoy!
