Shipping policy

Shipping

We aim to make the delivery process as smooth and convenient as possible.

  • Order processing time: all orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for dispatch.
  • Delivery time: typically 2–5 business days within the EU. Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer.
  • Shipping cost: calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress in real time. If you need to change your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the information before dispatch.

For orders shipped outside of the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond estimated delivery times.

Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to you once the goods have been delivered.

Returns (EU Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party appointed by you) receive the goods.

To exercise this right, you must inform us by a clear statement (by email).

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. For hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed food products that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned.

Once we receive your returned item, it may take up to 5 business days to inspect and process it. You will receive an email confirmation with the refund or exchange details.

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer (except for faulty or incorrect items).
  • Original shipping costs will be refunded if the entire order is returned to us.

Returns (non-EU)

For orders shipped to destinations outside of the European Union, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect upon delivery.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@snackje.com within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
