Once you have placed your order, we will do out best to pack & ship it as fast as possible. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Depending on where you live, it might take 1-6 days for our courier to deliver your parcel. Checkout the Shipping & Returns page for all delivery times.
We process orders from Monday till Friday, between 08:30 and 17:00. Our office and warehouse are closed on weekends and official Dutch public holidays (Like Easter & Kingsday).
Yes! As soon as we hand your order over to the carrier, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can follow your package in real time and see the estimated delivery date. If you placed your order before 2 PM on a weekday, it usually ships the same day - so you’ll get your first tracking update quickly.
Don't worry, it might be restocked soon! You can enter your email address on the selected product page, so we can send you an email once the item is restocked.
EU ONLY: Yes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the package. The items you want to return may not be used or opened. It is your responsibility to return the items and pay for the return shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages. Discounted items with an (expired) best before date can not be returned [Product marked as: (BB: 00/00/00)]! Please contact us in order to start your return.
Outside EU: We do not accept returns from outside the EU.
Yes, we have a minimum order value of 10 euro. In order to offer a fair product and shipping price, we require a minimum order value to make sure the costs are covered for the boxes and packing materials we use.
