Shipping information
We ship to every single country in the EU + the United Kingdom.
We do not ship to other non-European countries.
EU: For Europe our shipping partner is DPD. You can calculate the shipping time for your parcel here. Please note; this time is from the day that we handed over the parcel to DPD. Country of dispatch: Netherlands (NL).
UK: 2-4 working days.
Please note; this time is from the day that UPS collected your parcel.
EU: EU orders are usually shipped out within one working day. In some cases it might take a little bit longer, for instance if we get a lot of orders in a single day.
Non-EU: Orders that have to be shipped outside Europe are usually shipped out within 4 working days. These orders require careful packing & customs clearance papers before we hand them over to our shipping courier.
If you live in the European Union, you do not need to pay any import taxes.
If you are from outside the European Union, you might need to pay import taxes. Please check with your local government website if this is the case, we will NOT pay these taxes for you and will NOT refund them to you.
General Information
EU ONLY: Yes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the package. The items you want to return may not be used or opened. It is your responsibility to return the items and pay for the return shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages. Discounted items with an (expired) best before date can not be returned [Product marked as: (BB: 00/00/00)]! Please us the form down below in order to start the return process.
Outside EU: We do not accept returns from outside the EU.

Yes you can! Please insert the valid VAT number in the special field at checkout. Start with your country code, don’t put any spaces or special characters in it. Example: NL864115313B01
Yes, if your order is still ‘Processing’ this is still possible. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Right to Cancel
Instructions on cancellation goods
European Union Consumers have a 14 days right to cancel. This section does not apply to consumers outside the European Union or businesses (in and outside the EU).
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Snackje B.V., Fotograaf 32, 6921RR Duiven, The Netherlands [email protected], of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (by e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
