We ship to every single country in the EU + the United Kingdom & Iceland.
We do not ship to other non-European countries.
EU: EU orders are usually shipped out within one working day. In some cases it might take a little bit longer, for instance if we get a lot of orders in a single day.
Non-EU: Orders that have to be shipped outside Europe are usually shipped out within 4 working days. These orders require careful packing & customs clearance papers before we hand them over to our shipping courier.
Yes! As soon as we hand your order over to the carrier, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can follow your package in real time and see the estimated delivery date. If you placed your order before 2 PM on a weekday, it usually ships the same day — so you’ll get your first tracking update quickly.
Yes, if your order is still ‘Processing’ this is still possible. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
EU ONLY: Yes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the package. The items you want to return may not be used or opened. It is your responsibility to return the items and pay for the return shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages. Discounted items with an (expired) best before date can not be returned [Product marked as: (BB: 00/00/00)]! Please contact us in order to start the return process.
Outside EU: We do not accept returns from outside the EU.
