We aim to make the delivery process as smooth and convenient as possible.

  • Order processing time: all orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for dispatch.
  • Delivery time: typically 2–5 business days within the EU. Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer.
  • Shipping cost: calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress in real time. If you need to change your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the information before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple return and exchange process:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • To start a return, email our support team or use the return form on our website.

Once we receive your returned item, it may take up to 5 business days to inspect and process it. You will receive an email confirmation with the refund or exchange details.

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer (except for faulty or incorrect items).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable if the order was delivered on time.
  • If you opt for an exchange, we will send the replacement item free of charge (first exchange only).

*Delivery times are in BUSINESS DAYS (Monday – Friday). We do not process orders on weekends. Delays with the couriers can happen and are out of our control. Please check your tracking for the latest update. If no new update happens on your tracking within 7 days, please contact us so we can help you.
